- Jack O’Grady is currently Section Manger Loss Mitigation for Wachovia/ Wells Fargo. Prior to moving to San Antonio, he was Operations Manager of MBM Capital in Kennesaw GA, and the CFO of HomeWorks Group LLC, a home building company in Marietta, GA. Prior to his entrance into financial services, Mr. O’Grady was Director of Sales and Marketing for The Babcock Company, (a division of Weyerhaeuser) in South Florida. Relocating to Atlanta in 1985, he was named as the Atlanta Sales Director for the Australian home building company, LJ Hooker. The experiences taught him how to operate in highly competitive markets with high sales volumes, driven by creative financing techniques and aggressive marketing . It was in these positions that his skill at mortgage financing quickly developed. In the last 25 years Jack has acquired hundreds of single family homes for syndication, and sale to investors. He has a B.A. in History from the University of Tampa .
